Best Practice Guidance for MAPA^® Training Venues - 'Promoting Safety and Personal Welfare During Training' (2009)

Our Guidance for best practice when selecting and/or organising a venue for MAPA^® physical interventions training has been produced by Positive Options following a growing number of requests from organisations who already commission MAPA^® training from us and who are keen to enhance their staff experience of training.

We have therefore developed and organised the Guidance with commissioners of training in mind.

We hope that the Guidance will provide the people who are responsible for and/or are tasked with organising training venues for physical interventions training, with exacting information that will then ensure that people receiving training do so effectively and safely.
