The principles of Service Improvement are concerned with ensuring that service provision occurs in the most efficient way by improving flow and eliminating waste from processes; therefore increasing organisational efficiency and customer experience as a result.  Both Quality Improvement and Service Improvement work synergistically to increase efficiency and produce excellence at both customer and supply levels.
 
This section of the website will be used to provide clients and customers and other stakeholders with information and documents that support Positive Options committment to Service Improvement.  In time we will also produce a Service Improvement Framework and this document will be posted here for everyone's information.
