Professional Experience
 
Albert has a Masters degree and is qualified as a registered nurse and teacher. He has spent the past 30 years working in a range of mental health and learning disability services for children, young people and adults. In his last post, he worked as a senior clinical nurse within a large NHS Trust where his responsibilities included managing a staff training department, advice on policy development and implementation, and clinical advice and support to staff. Albert has provided 'expert witness' statements in legal cases and provided 'expert opinion' to Inquiry teams.
